My name is Louise and I am a 39 year old Personal Trainer. I started ‘Personalised Fitness’, in 2001 to help people benefit from having their own personal trainer. I want to help people to stay motivated and see real progress towards their fitness goals and a healthier lifestyle.

I am a lifelong exercise fan. From swimming competitively as a child, through to 20 years of membership of a wide variety of health and fitness clubs to running both the London Marathon and the Great North, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of health, nutrition, fitness and exercise training.

5 x One Hour Personal Training Sessions: £30.00 each - purchased in advance.

10 x One Hour Personal Training Sessions £28.00 each - purchased in advance.

Group Rates - 1 x One Hour Personal Training Session for 2-3 people: £45.00 Nutrition and Exercise 6 week course - £189

Location

Training can be carried out at your convenience in your home, workplace, outdoors or I have access to a small gym. If you are based further than a 15 mile radius of the Leighton Buzzard area then a travelling fee will apply.

Certification

Using my background, combined with professional vocational training, I have established myself as a personal trainer who understands what it takes to improve health and fitness and is able to apply this knowledge effectively.

I hold Advanced Instructor Level 3 accreditation with the Register of Exercise Professionals which means that I adhere to a professional code of conduct that ensures you will be provided with a professional, quality service at all times. I am fully insured and qualified in first aid.

I am truly passionate about exercise and how much it can improve the quality of your life (with even just a couple of hours a week of training).
