My name is Louise and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer. I am also an enthusiastic, on-the-go BUSY Mum to a 7 year old little girl. But my busy Mum lifestyle alone isn’t enough to help me achieve a healthy body weight. I have tried aerobics classes and yoga sessions, but they don't help either. My body needs a better workout, but in less time!!
With a Personal Trainer You can lose fat in the comfort of your own home. All in under 90 minutes per week!

5 x One Hour Personal Training Sessions: £32.00 each - purchased in advance.

10 x One Hour Personal Training Sessions £30.00 each - purchased in advance.

Group Rates - 1 x One Hour Personal Training Session for 2-3 people: £45.00 Nutrition and Exercise 4 week course (up to 4 people) - £199 (per course)

Location

Training can be carried out at your convenience in the comfort of your home, your workplace, outdoors/local park or I have access to a small gym. Space is no barrier to achieving a good workout and no equipment is required.

 If you are based further than a 15 mile radius of the Leighton Buzzard area then a travelling fee will apply.

Certification

Using my background, combined with a professional vocational training qualification gained from Premier Training International, I have established myself as an experienced personal trainer who understands what it takes to improve health and fitness and is able to apply this knowledge effectively.

I hold Advanced Instructor Level 3 accreditation with the Register of Exercise Professionals which means that I adhere to a professional code of conduct that ensures you will be provided with a professional, quality service at all times. I am fully insured and qualified in first aid.
